CHAOSAS is operated by MB „Formuotojai“, company code 308180635 (the "Seller"). By using the platform you accept these terms.

You must be at least 14 years old to create an account; minors may purchase only with parental consent.

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Accounts may not be transferred or shared.

A ticket grants a personal, non-transferable right to watch a specific show on one device at a time.

Recording, screen capturing, restreaming or redistributing streams is prohibited. Every stream carries a forensic code linked to the account; violations lead to suspension without compensation, and the Seller reserves the right to claim damages.

Coins are an in-platform tool for sending gifts. Coins are not e-money and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other users.

Gifts sent are non-refundable.

Prices are in euros. MB „Formuotojai“ is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. Payments are processed by Paysera LT, UAB. Purchases are delivered once the payment is confirmed.

Hateful, abusive, illegal content and advertising are prohibited in chat. Moderators may hide messages and suspend accounts.

The Seller makes every effort to keep streams uninterrupted but is not liable for issues caused by the user's connection or device.

Disputes are resolved by negotiation. Consumers may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (www.vvtat.lt) or use the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
