Refunds & delivery

Physical items are dispatched from Lithuania within 3 working days. Delivery takes 1–3 working days in Lithuania and 3–10 working days within the EU.

Digital items, tickets and coins are delivered immediately after the payment is confirmed.

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the item without giving a reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging. The buyer pays the cost of sending the item back. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the return.

By buying a ticket, coins or a digital item you agree to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal.

If a show is cancelled, the full ticket price is refunded.
